Job Description
Job Description Header:
- Support the sales, service, and facilities efforts onsite or at a customer’s facility
- Participate and lead customer trials in our Customer Innovation Center (CIC)
- Operate and maintain the machines in the CIC
- Take lead on writing lab reports and trial summaries
- Track and maintain inventory of raw materials for trials
- Public speaking and machine demonstrations at technical conferences and customer visits
- Identify and recommend machine design improvements
- Technical process support for customers
- Assist service team with installation and commissioning of new machines
- Domestic and international travel as required to meet customer needs
- Assist and guide interns in the completion of their everyday tasks and final projects
- Other duties as assigned
Job Description:
- BS Engineering, preferably in plastics or pulp and paper
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to read, understand and analyze statistical data and characteristics
