              Tooling and Process Engineer

              Dover, US

              • Start-up and debug new or existing tools from KPN and KPA
              • Analyze and troubleshoot existing packaging tools at BGU or in the field
              • Perform tool related training at BGU or in the field
              • Set-up process parameters for different packaging tools on different Kiefel and non-Kiefel machines
              • Perform tool overhauls at BGU or customers including disassembly, inspection, coordinating and guiding tool shops to perform machining and the reassembly and testing
              • Support and work together with the sales and service teams at BGU and lead companies
              • Work with our tooling partners on tooling projects
              • Other duties as necessary
              • High school diploma in combination with a technical (tooling) apprenticeship or hands-on training
              • Thermoforming process experience preferred
              • Injection molding tool or other tooling experience as an alternative
              • Modern office building and equipment
