              Order Management Coordinator

              • Support Sales Management in all aspects of machine sales from quotations to invoicing
              • Preparation of customer supply contracts
              • Process customer orders for capital equipment and monitor milestone billings
              • Manage international import-export shipments
              • Liaison between customers and our European lead company
              • Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies
              • Other Duties as assigned
              • 5-10 years experience in office based B2B customer service required
              • Intermediate to advanced MS office skills to include Word and Excel
              • Knowledge of international purchases, sales and logistics processes
              • SAP experience required
              • Knowledge of Import/Export regulations
              • A self-starter able to work independently or as part of a team
              • Must thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced team environment
              • Capable of multitasking between projects and departments
              • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
              • Attention to detail
