Job Description
Job Description Header: 
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment
  • Provide customer support in the installation, operation, training, and maintenance of Kiefel medical equipment through dialogue, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and spare parts sales. Requires electrical and mechanical job duties.
  • Provide machine startup, commissioning, and acceptance support both at the Factory and at the customer site
  • Provide training to our customers on process, maintenance, and machine operation
  • Process expertise to create machine recipes for new tooling and debug Process
  • Provide technical support to our customers @ both their sites and remotely for service and spare parts
  • Availability for on-call service outside of normal business hours
  • Domestic and International travel as necessary and required to meet customer’s schedule. Travel could be up to 80% with common trip durations of 2-3 consecutive weeks. 4-5 weeks consecutive trip is not that common, but it is possible.
  • Travel as necessary and required to meet customers schedule
  • Provide internal Sales support
  • Cross-train & knowledge sharing on other equipment as necessary
  • Serve as ambassador for BGU while interacting with customers
  • Prepare and submit all necessary paperwork as required for expenses, travel, and service reports on a timely basis

Job Description: 
  • Hands on experience on industrial plastics machinery
  • Knowledge of plastics sealing process (heat and/or RF)
  • Strong electrical skillsets required
  • Solid mechanical knowledge
  • Must work well in a team environment and independently
  • Must learn quickly and be able to hone in troubleshooting skills in a dynamic environment
  • Engineering degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 Years in a related field
