              Customer Service Coordinator

              Dover, US

              • Provide customer quotations for spare parts.
              • Process customer orders.
              • Obtain pricing information from suppliers and initiate PO’s to suppliers.
              • Process shipments as needed.
              • Coordinate repairs with European lead company.
              • Create and maintain new Part Numbers.
              • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
              • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
              • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
              • Other Duties as assigned.
              • 5-10 years customer service experience required.
              • Intermediate to advanced MS office skills to include Word and Excel.
              • Knowledge of international purchases, sales and logistics processes.
              • SAP experience required.
              • Background in manufacturing preferred.
              • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
              • Knowledge of Import/Export regulations.
              • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in a team focused environment.
              • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
              • Keen analytical skills, reporting development and trend analysis.
              • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
              • Ability to respond positively and decisively to adverse situations, complicated issues, and/or irate customers.
