  • You check technical feasibility, prepare offers, and document everything thoroughly – always keeping an open ear for our customers’ needs

  • Take responsibility for smooth order processing – reliably, quality-focused, and with attention to costs and deadlines

  • Customer inquiries don’t get left unanswered: you follow up and support sales with your technical expertise

  • Spare parts and follow-up deliveries for ongoing projects? Complaints or returns? You keep an overview and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Fresh ideas are welcome: you actively contribute and help shape our offers and services

  • Approach calculations in a structured way, always keeping the bigger picture in mind – including strategic pricing
Job Description: 

  • You have a technical basic education (e.g., as a polymechanic, designer, or automation technician) – ideally complemented by commercial knowledge or relevant further training

  • International order processing is familiar to you – you feel particularly comfortable in the mechanical engineering environment

  • You are proficient in SAP (especially SD/MM) as well as common MS Office programs

  • You have business-fluent German and English skills – both written and spoken
