Teamleader Technical Support

- You will lead and motivate a team of technical support specialists and service engineers in the industrial engineering industry, fostering their development and serving as their coach
- You will ensure that our technical support runs smoothly, customer issues are resolved efficiently, and plan global service deployments with your team
- You will coordinate task distribution within the team and ensure continuous process optimization
- You will be the interface to other departments and be responsible for the technical briefing and debriefing of the service engineers
- Through remote support, you will ensure flawless technical assistance for our systems, maintaining high customer satisfaction
- You have technical expertise, ideally from an industrial engineering background
- Leadership is in your blood – you are a motivating leader who communicates at eye level
- You think analytically, act in a solution-oriented manner, and enjoy supporting your team
- You are a strong communicator in both German and English and a true team player who can inspire both customers and colleagues
- Your IT affinity is evident, not only through proficiency in the O365 suite but also in your confident handling of SAP
