              Specialist Technical Support

              • You ensure flawless technical support for our machines with a high level of customer satisfaction
              • You support our customers and service technicians during commissioning of our machines
              • You are responsible for the technical briefing and debriefing of service technicians in coordination with the internal engineering departments
              • You use your technical expertise to create documentation for troubleshooting and maintain the CRM system
              • You have a technical degree combined with office experience
              • You are experienced in supporting international customers
              • You are a strong communicator and are fluent in German and English
              • In addition to mastering the O365 range, you are experienced working with SAP
              • Responsible and varied tasks in a small and dynamic team
              • Great scope for action in an international environment
              • Flexible working hours with the option to work partly from home
