              Process Specialist (m/w/d)

              • You ensure flawless technical support for our machines with a high level of customer satisfaction
              • Worldwide support for customers and our service engineers with technical commissioning and problems
              • Control and support of remote SATs and the associated coordination with internal stakeholders
              • Responsibility for the technical briefing and debriefing of service engineers in coordination with the internal engineering departments
              • Using your technical know-how, you create documentation for troubleshooting and maintain the CRM system
              • You have a technical qualification (automation technician EFZ, design engineer EFZ, polymechanic EFZ) and have already gained commercial experience
              • You have experience in an international environment and are business fluent in German and English
              • In addition to mastering the O365 palette, your IT affinity is also evident in your confident handling of SAP
              • Responsible and varied tasks in a small and dynamic team
              • High level of freedom to create and manage in an international environment
              • Flexible working hours with the option to work partly from home
