You take on the independent execution of development projects up to full project management – from planning to successful implementation

You conduct process engineering tests, assess their feasibility, and define process windows for materials and procedures in tube production

You document, analyze, and structure the insights gained in order to derive targeted recommendations for action

You ensure that the knowledge developed is shared with internal departments and our customers through training sessions and workshops

As a central interface, you work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, making a significant contribution to project success

You also support the Business Division and Operations with challenges during commissioning, FATs, and ongoing projects

You have a technical background as a plastics technologist, toolmaker, or similar, and a degree (FH/University) in plastics or mechanical engineering

You bring solid expertise from the plastics processing industry or packaging technology

You stand out through strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and a high level of independence and solution orientation

Ideally, you have experience with CAD systems (SolidWorks) and independently handle simple design tasks

With your fluent German and English skills, you communicate confidently and professionally both orally and in writing
