              ICT System Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

              Rüti, CH, 8630

              • Responsible for 1st and 2nd level IT support
              • Responsibility for receiving, qualifying, recording and processing all ICT inquiries
              • Support of the ICT infrastructure and client-server environment (Microsoft)
              • Independent analysis, processing and rectification of application and system faults
              • Rollout of operating system and applications using our software deployment system (Highsystem)
              • Procurement, setup, installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, ICT systems, software applications and their administration
              • Identity management and user training as well as the preparation of system documentation
              • Supervising our IT apprentices
              • Completed education as an IT engineer or career changer with relevant professional experience in ICT end user support (1st and 2nd level or service management) and completed vocational training course
              • Very good knowledge of Windows Client, Windows Server, Active Directory and Mobile Computing
              • Basic knowledge of network / DNS / TCP IP / firewall / routing / security, Microsoft 365, virtualization with VMware
              • Fluent German and good English skills
              • High standard of customer orientation and service orientation, ability to work in a team as well as independent, reliable and precise way of working
              • Responsible and varied tasks in a small and dynamic team
