              • In reviewing technical feasibility, creating offers, and ensuring clean documentation, you apply your expertise effectively, always with a focus on our customers' needs
              • You are responsible for a smooth and quality-conscious order processing – on time and with a clear focus on cost efficiency
              • With your technical expertise, you actively pursue customer inquiries and support the sales team effectively
              • You handle replacement deliveries, manage complaints carefully, always ensuring customer satisfaction
              • You actively contribute to the development of our service products and additional offerings, bringing in your own ideas
              • You calculate structured sales prices and collaborate with the team to develop new approaches for our pricing strategy
              • You recognize cross- and upselling potentials and use them strategically to foster long-term customer relationships
              • You have a technical background, e.g., as a polymechanic, or automation specialist – ideally complemented by commercial experience or further training
              • With technical know-how and a passion for customer contact, you bring the perfect combination for this role to the table
              • You already have experience in international order processing, ideally in the machinery manufacturing industry
              • You are proficient in SAP (particularly SD/MM) and MS Office, using these systems efficiently to complete your tasks
              • Fluent in both German and English, you communicate clearly and effectively across international platforms
              • Your independent, structured way of working and solution-oriented mindset make a lasting impact on our team
