              Business Development - Medical - Mexico area

              Nationwide/US, US

              • Generate new machine, automation, and tooling sales to achieve order intake goals. Sell/promote retrofits, inspections, training and serve as ambassador for BGU
              • Increase sales velocity, activity, and win rates to increase the number of new opportunities monthly 
              • Drive the sales process and ensure critical tasks and deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Manage the sales cycle for complex, high dollar-value opportunities
              • Manage assigned territory for the business units activities including maintaining relationships with existing customers, developing new accounts, strengthening strategic partnerships and developing industry relationships
              • Collaborate with internal business partners in vetting new and existing technologies, building business cases, leading the due diligence process, executing contracts, and navigating complex deal structures
              • Develop and maintain internal and external networks by creating strong relationships to drive collaboration and problem solving. Promote cross-functional understanding
              • 50%+ domestic and international travel required. Must be located close to a major airport
              • Daily use of CRM tools, submit monthly/quarterly reports as required. Provide market analytics and insights to align with industry trends   
                 
              • BS Degree or equivalent expereience
              • 10 years sales experience  preferably in a capital equipment environment
              • Medical device background is necessary
              • Strong business, financial, negotation, influencing, ineterpersonal and project management skills are required
              • Ability to effectively communicate and influence a broad array of business leaders, both internally and externally 
              • Adept at change management processes and execution
              • A initiative-taker able to work independently or as part of a team
              • Decisive and action-oriented leadership style demonstrated flexibility and positive attitude. Takes accountability for timely decisions
              • Must thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced team environment 
              • Capable of multitasking between projects and departments
              • CRM experience required
