Senior Project Manager for Inhouse Consulting and Strategy
Siegsdorf, DE, 83313
- Leading strategically significant projects at the group level or within business units
- Managing growth and efficiency initiatives/process improvements, including in the areas of digitalisation, service, development, production, and support functions
- Executing and coordinating strategic special projects as well as post-merger integration processes
- Collaborating closely with and advising subsidiaries as a direct point of contact
- Supporting the implementation to ensure consistent execution of strategic decisions
- Providing recommendations, preparing decision-ready proposals, and presenting results to top management
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration with an excellent grade
- 5-7 years of professional experience as a project manager in a reputable consulting firm; additional experience in an international industrial company is advantageous
- Expertise in relevant fields and methods, combined with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of technical contexts and internal company processes
- Extensive intercultural experience in project management and strong assertiveness
- Team-oriented working style, high communication skills, and self-initiative
- Fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel
